Refund and Exchange Policy
Hi! Thanks for your support of Theater in the Rough 🙂
Overview
We have two kinds of performances. Free with a suggested donation performances (ex. outdoor summer Shakespeare), and ticketed performances and events (ex. Botanic Chorus, Living Room Theater).
In both cases, payment is treated as a donation. In the event that you cannot attend a performance on the date you paid for, we will do our best to accodate you and move you to another date. If you cannot attend any performances, you have the option to forgo a refund of your donation, or ask us to refund your payment. For As You Like It, fill out this form and we’ll be in touch.
Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your transaction, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
All merchandise sold at the show are exempt from being returned, refunded, or exchanged. Thanks for your understanding.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. You will recieve an email notification.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges

Other Payments
If you have an issue with an item not listed above for which you have made a payment to us, such as an ad in our program, please contact us at [email protected]. Keep in mind that we can only accomodate refund requests if we have not yet processed your order (i.e. if you paid for a program ad and we have already published the program, you will not be eligible for a refund).
