What personal data we collect and why we collect it
When you make a reservation on our website, or when you fill out a contact form, we collect the information you submit, including personal data, such as your name, email address, phone number, and notes.
When you make a donation or a payment on our website, we also collect transactional data, such as encrypted and secured purchase information to verify your payment.
While you visit our site, we’ll track:
- Products you’ve viewed: we’ll use this to, for example, show you products you’ve recently viewed
- Location, IP address and browser type: we’ll use this for purposes like estimating taxes and shipping
We’ll also use cookies to keep track of cart contents while you’re browsing our site.
We’ll use this information for purposes, such as, to:
- Process your donation or payment
- Notify you about the performance or other service for which you registered
- Respond to your requests, including refunds and complaints
- Process payments and prevent fraud
- Comply with any legal obligations we have, such as calculating taxes

Analytics and Cookies
In addition, we use analytical tools that collect data related to your use of our website, including data collected by and cookies set by Google Analytics, Facebook (Meta) Pixel, Jetpack & Woocommerce (Automaticc), in order to better understand our interaction with our users. By using our site, you are consenting to this anonymous collection of data.
Who we share your data with
We share information with third parties who help us provide our orders and store services to you.
Transactions are processed by default with Sumit via Leumi Card’s Credit Processing services. Non-Israeli credit card transactions are processed via Paypal (Please see the PayPal Privacy Policy for more details). When processing payments, some of your data will be passed on, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.
Our website traffic is protected by Cloudflare and Wordfence.
This site utilizes caching in order to facilitate a faster response time and better user experience. Caching potentially stores a duplicate copy of every web page that is on display on this site. All cache files are temporary, and are never accessed by any third party, except as necessary to obtain technical support from the cache plugin vendor. Cache files expire on a schedule set by the site administrator, but may easily be purged by the admin before their natural expiration, if necessary. When you subscribe to our email newsletter, your information is securely collected by Mailchimp (read their privacy policy here).
